1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or enrolling in any course offered on Cyber Chomok BD, including the Canva & Freelancing Mastery Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

• Access to course materials (live or recorded) is provided exclusively to the registered student.

• Sharing course content, materials, or login access with others is strictly prohibited.

• Course duration and support period are clearly mentioned on the course page; any extension is at the discretion of Cyber Chomok BD.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in full before accessing any class or material.

• Payments are accepted through secure gateways listed on our website.

• Refund Guarantee: If, after starting your classes, you feel the course isn’t right for you, you can request a 100% refund — no questions asked.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the first class.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property
   All content provided in our courses — including videos, templates, worksheets, and design assets — are the intellectual property of Cyber Chomok BD and/or the instructor.
   You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any material without written permission.
   Violation of this policy may result in legal action or immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Student Conduct
   We expect all students to maintain a respectful and positive attitude during classes and within community discussions.
   Cyber Chomok BD reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in abusive, offensive, or unethical behavior — without refund.

6. Course Updates & Modifications
   Cyber Chomok BD reserves the right to:

• Update course content, materials, or duration to maintain quality.

• Modify pricing or structure when necessary (existing students will not be affected).

• Add or remove features as per platform updates.

7. Limitation of Liability
   While every effort is made to provide accurate, practical, and up-to-date information, Cyber Chomok BD shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the application of knowledge gained in our courses.
   Your success depends on your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
   Your personal information is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   By enrolling, you agree to allow us to use your data for course access, updates, and communication purposes.

9. Termination of Access
   Cyber Chomok BD may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity (such as content piracy or account sharing).
   No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
    Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
